Cough is a trivial ailment, but our lack of knowledge forces us to magnify the issue. We panic, rush to the nearest pharmacy, and even go to the doctor for checkups and tests. I don’t mean to say you shouldn’t do all that. You should, because modern technology is what cures dangerous illnesses.
Watch my words. ‘Dangerous’ illnesses; like pneumonia, tuberculosis or anything similar. But otherwise, common cough can be very well treated from the comfort of your homes.
The recipe is quite simple.
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon of raw ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
All you got to do is combine all the ingredients and mix them well in a blender or a tumbler.
¼ cup of the pineapple syrup 2-3 times a day.
As modern medical technology is expanding over the boundaries of the universe, we are forgetting what we have in the tiny kitchen shelves of our homes.
